Our delegation was hosted during this mission by the Ministry of Dubai – Department of Economy and Tourism, the main authority for the supervision and development of Dubai’s economy sectors.
With the ultimate vision to position Dubai as the world’s leading business hub, their mission is to raise awareness of Dubai’s supply among the global audience and attract inward investment.
Taking part in the dialogue was HE Hadi Badri, CEO of Dubai Economy and Tourism who, in addition to having listened with interest to some projects including that on education and manufacturing, provided an overview of the country’s investment strategies, the main focuses, giving valuable advice and exposing the willingness to provide support to companies to use Dubai as a base to scale up their business!
The companies were able to exhibit their project thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Pallavi Sharma and Serene Shalan, who immediately made available resources to some companies, which will be followed by follow-ups and meetings within the dedicated Dubai economy and tourism team.
This again demonstrated the Emiratis’ friendliness, commitment and helpfulness.
